In August of 1914, while working on the Santa Fe in southern New Mexico and Arizona for Union Switch and Signal, Earl Saunders was in El Paso, Texas, when Mexican revolutionary Pancho Villa met with Brigadier General John J. Pershing at nearby Fort Bliss. Here are three photos taken at the time by Earl. I don't know if he actually met Villa.
