We were poled to Xigera Camp in the Okavango Delta in genuine mokoros (dugout canoes).  Well, maybe not that quite genuine, since they're made out of fiberglass these days to help save the endangered trees they are traditionally made from, but very comfortable and relaxing.  The day was very hot, and near the end of the two hour trip to camp, Thuto couldn't stand it any longer and jumped in, along with the rest of us; he assured us there were no crocodiles, at least not yet.
