March 2018: California Coast

Patti's friend Eve invited us down to her home in Aptos, California, (on Monterey Bay) for a visit, so off we went. The route was over to the Northern California coast and a visit to the redwoods, down to Aptos where we spent a few days with Eve eating and birding, then over to Sacramento for a visit to the train museum, and then back up I-5, with a stop at Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge.
